Acceptable, yet Disappointing
The location of the hotel was convenient. It was close to many attractions.
I was not happy. The elevators malfunctioned. I had to switch elevators after repeated attempts to reach my floor, frustrating.

friendly staff relaxing pool diverse music wide choice
the staff was friendly! the wave pool and lazy river were very relaxing. i loved the reggae music. it seemed like i was in a tropical paradise. there are nice restaurants with diverse live music. the casino is nice. there's a wide cuisine choice.
there was no refrigerator to refrigerate my medication. it's really annoying that i have to waste so much food due to no microwaves in the room.

the room had two queen beds. it was very spacious with a great bathroom. the room also had a view of the strip, a bonus! the room was beautiful and very clean.

the hotel is placed at the perfect location to reach the stadium! it is also very convenient to all the shows we wanted to see. the emplacement is clean. the environment is nice and pleasant.

amazing resort experience!
spacious room comfy mattress live band
i totally loved how spacious my room was! the mattress was super comfy and i slept so well. also. i found the variety of slot machines in the casino awesome. the live band at the bar really added to the fun atmosphere.
I noticed some minor wear and tear. On some of the furniture, but it didn't detract too much from my overall experience.

the check-in was really quick. the elevators needed room keys. also the staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

i thought the citizens restaurant was a perfect spot for breakfast with tasty options. the noodle shop was so good. i visited it twice ! the restaurants area had an elegant feel and i liked the background music.

the pool was really fun. i loved that it had waves! plus. navigating the resort and casino was super easy, easy to explore all the amenities and find my way around

The hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere and the staff were responsive to requests. I had no issues during mobile check-in and check-out. It was very efficient. The casino was well-kept, offering a clean gaming environment.
The refill stations at the pool were inconvenient because I desired refreshments in my room, especially coffee.

The pools were a great amenity. Taxis were available near the hotel. The hotel had a nice smell.
I found the hotel a bit isolated. The customer service could have been better. The bed was uncomfortable.

A decent stay
wave pool pool early check-in friendly staff distant location lacking vibe long walk
The wave pool was great. My kids enjoyed it a lot. The hotel let us check in early. That was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly too!
The location was a bit far from the middle of the Strip. It made walking a long distance necessary. The walk back to the airport was great! But the walk to the middle of the strip was long. The hotel did not have a good vibe at all.
