My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms offered stunning views, but the noise level was a bit much. While the staff was friendly and eager to help, I did face some significant issues during check-in and needed room service multiple times to address my concerns. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed the entertainment offerings, especially the Michael Jackson ONE show, which was a highlight. I also think the prices for some amenities, like the convenience store, felt steep for what was offered.
